Slice 2 tomatoes, half an onion, 1 cucumber and 10 black olives and mix them with 2 chopped heads of lettuce.
Put the salad aside, then prepare the following dressing: combine 5 tbsp of olive oil with 4 tbsp of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar and a pinch of salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad and mix gently to spread it throughout the salad.
