Recipe for fermented cabbage juice
Chop some red cabbage in order to fill 3 cups, then add them in a juicer along with 1 tsp of salt and ¾ cup of water.
Mix well until you get small pieces of cabbage, then move the mixture in a jar that you eventually keep at room temperature for about 3 days.
When the three days have passed, strain the mixture and store the juice in the fridge.
